Wonton Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 containers vegetable broth
  • 10 baby bok choy
  • 1 pack snap peas
  • 2 cups sprouts
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 2 brocoli heads
  • 2 tbsp grated garlic
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 Birds Eye Chili
  • 1 pack frozen wontons Sriracha to taste
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp scallions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  • Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.
  • Add grated garlic and ginger. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Cut boy choy and brocoli in small pieces.
  • Cut the end of snap peas off.
  • Cut garlic and carrot into slices with mandolin.
  • Add vegetables and chilli to a simmering pot. Let boil over medium heat for 4 minutes. 7.Add frozen wontons. Let simmer until they are fully cooked.
  • Add soya sauce and sriracha.
  • Divide soup in six bowls. Garnish with fresh scallions and cilantro.
