Wonton Soup

Ingredients
- 2 containers vegetable broth
- 10 baby bok choy
- 1 pack snap peas
- 2 cups sprouts
- 2 sliced carrots
- 2 brocoli heads
- 2 tbsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 1 Birds Eye Chili
- 1 pack frozen wontons Sriracha to taste
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp cilantro
- 1 tsp scallions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
- Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.
- Add grated garlic and ginger. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cut boy choy and brocoli in small pieces.
- Cut the end of snap peas off.
- Cut garlic and carrot into slices with mandolin.
- Add vegetables and chilli to a simmering pot. Let boil over medium heat for 4 minutes. 7.Add frozen wontons. Let simmer until they are fully cooked.
- Add soya sauce and sriracha.
- Divide soup in six bowls. Garnish with fresh scallions and cilantro.
