How to find your nearest store?
Click on "We are pa" section in the supermarchepa.com and click "services".
Scroll down to the delivery zone map.
Enter your address or postal code.
Select the closest store to your address.
How to get in touch with our stores?
Click on "contact us" section in the supermarchepa.com main menu.
Select the store you want to contact.
The phone number and store address will be available.
How to change your personal address?
Sign in to your account.
Click on Logged in as, then click on Add / Edit your address.
Edit or Remove or Add New address.
Update or cancel.
Can you buy the ingredients for our PA recipes?
Yes! Check out the ingredients needed for the recipe at the bottom of the recipe page.
You can even add them to your cart for your online order.
How to delete your PA account?
Click on contact us section in the main menu at the top of this page.
Send us a message asking to delete your account.
Your account will be deleted manually within 2-3 working days.
Is delivery available in your area?
Click on "We are pa" on the supermarchepa.com main menu and select "services".
Scroll down to the delivery zone map.
Enter your address or postal code.
Validate if you are within our delivery zone.
What are your delivery fees?
For purchases over $125, the delivery charge is $4.
For purchases between $50 and $125, the delivery charge is $6.
For purchases below 50$, the delivery charge is $8.
A fee of $5 will be added to all online orders.

PA's Online Grocery simplifies your grocery shopping in 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Head to our website supermarchepa.com, connect or create your account on supermarchepa.com.
Step 2: Check the store you will order from and verify that you are within our delivery zone.
Step 3: Choose how you want to receive your order (delivery or pick-up in store) and verify if slots are available.
Step 4: Start shopping within our departments and collections.
*Preparation and delivery fees may apply. Service available in select areas.
What are the Custom collections?
With this function, we select products based on different themes. It can be easier for you to shop or even get some inspiration!

What can you do if you are not in our delivery zone?
You can still choose the option to collect your online order in store.
What to do if you are not able to find a delivery or pick up slot?
New upcoming 48h slots do open daily at 7am.
Your basket will be saved for the upcoming 14 days.

Why are some prices different on your receipt than when your order has been placed?
Your order total may vary based on savings, promotions and prices in effect at the time of order pickup or delivery, product availability and actual weight.
To make sure you get the current week's flyer specials, schedule your delivery or pickup no later than Sunday of the flyer period.

There is no minimum amount to place an online order.
Is pick up available?
Yes we are offering this option within all our stores.
How to pick up your order at the selected store?
Simply follow these steps:
Arrive at the store entrance during your selected time slot.
Ask a cashier for your order.
Make sure you have proof of ID, the credit card used for the online payment and your order number.
Is it possible to use your own bags?
Yes, it is possible to use your own bags.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Visa Debit.
When and how will the payment be taken?
Payment is taken at checkout once you've completed your order.
What to do if you have any issue or questions with your order once delivered?

How do I apply for a job at PA?
Click the "careers" tab and select the position you would like to apply for and click "apply here".
What is your discount coupon policy?
Supplier coupons are accepted under the following conditions:
  • The coupon must include the following information: name, brand, size and quantity, flavour, model, colour, and a valid Canadian address.
  • The coupon must have a valid expiration date.
  • It must include a note “To Detailer.”
  • Only one coupon is allowed per product, and the coupon is redeemable only when the product, as described on the coupon, is purchased.

The following types of coupons are not accepted:
  • Coupons with a percentage discount.
  • Photocopies or coupons that are unclear or illegible.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items when a customer uses multiple coupons for the same product.

Procedure:
  • Always verify the coupon’s validity conditions.
  • For taxable products, the customer is responsible for paying the applicable taxes on the product’s original price before the discount is applied.
  • The coupon’s face value is accepted, even if exceeds the actual product price.

All Internet site coupons are accepted under the following conditions:
  • The coupon must be printed.
  • The coupon must include the following information: name, brand, size and quantity, flavour, model, colour, and a valid Canadian address.
  • The coupon must have a valid expiration date and a barcode for the promotion (7 to 9 digits).
  • It must include a note “To Dealer.”
  • Only one coupon is allowed per product, and the coupon is redeemable only when the product, as described on the coupon, is purchased.
