Refunds and Exchanges

You may return products at the time of pick-up or delivery of your order. After pick-up or delivery, you may exchange or return any product in person at your favorite PA store, according to the policy below:

PERISHABLE PRODUCTS:

All perishable product returns or exchanges must be processed at your favorite PA store within 24 hours.

NON-PERISHABLE PRODUCTS:

All non-perishable product returns or exchanges must be processed at your favourite PA store within 10 days of receiving your online order.

Exchanges or returns by mail or other means of delivery will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we do not usually give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision on a product. You can choose between a refund or exchange when goods are faulty, have been inaccurately described, or are different to the product purchased on the website.
