Ingredients
450g shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 garlic clove, minced
8 small tortillas
Toppings
1/2 cup our cream
1/2 cup alsa
1/2 cup uacamole
1 tbsps oriander, chopped
1 tomato, diced
Cooking directions
Preheat tortillas and keep warm.
Heat olive oil in skillet on medium high heat. Add shrimps and cook for 1 minute. Add the cumin, chili powder and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Spoon guacamole over tortillas then add the diced tomatoes and the shrimps. Top with sour cream, salsa and coriander.
