Shrimp Tortillas


  • 450g shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 8 small tortillas


  • 1/2 cup our cream
  • 1/2 cup alsa
  • 1/2 cup uacamole
  • 1 tbsps oriander, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced

Cooking directions

  • Preheat tortillas and keep warm.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet on medium high heat. Add shrimps and cook for 1 minute. Add the cumin, chili powder and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Spoon guacamole over tortillas then add the diced tomatoes and the shrimps. Top with sour cream, salsa and coriander.
