Shrimp Tortillas
Ingredients
- 450g shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 small tortillas
Toppings
- 1/2 cup our cream
- 1/2 cup alsa
- 1/2 cup uacamole
- 1 tbsps oriander, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
Cooking directions
- Preheat tortillas and keep warm.
- Heat olive oil in skillet on medium high heat. Add shrimps and cook for 1 minute. Add the cumin, chili powder and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spoon guacamole over tortillas then add the diced tomatoes and the shrimps. Top with sour cream, salsa and coriander.
