Sautéed Pork Lisbon Style

Ingredients
- 600g pork cubes
- ½ chorizo sausage cut in slices
- 8 potatoes
- 1 handful pitted olives
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup sweet red wine or porto
- 1 cup water
- 1 diced onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 branch of thyme
- Salt and pepper
Cooking directions
- Brown pork cubes.
- Add the water and the wine.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients.
- Cover casserole and cook on low heat for 90 minutes.
- Serve with pasta or rice.
