Pulled Pork Nachos

Ingrédients

  • 320g tortilla chips
  • 400 pulled pork
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 2/3 cups sliced olives
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole

Instruction de Cuisson

  • Preheat oven to 400 °F.
  • Heat Plaisirs Gastronomiques pulled pork according to package instructions.
  • Spread chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Top with pulled pork, red onion, tomato, red pepper, jalapeño, olives and cheese.
  • Cook for 6 minutes or until cheese has melted. Then broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
