Pulled Pork Nachos
Ingredients
- 320g tortilla chips
- 400 pulled pork
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced
- 2/3 cups sliced olives
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
Cooking directions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- Heat Plaisirs Gastronomiques pulled pork according to package instructions.
- Spread chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top with pulled pork, red onion, tomato, red pepper, jalapeño, olives and cheese.
- Cook for 6 minutes or until cheese has melted. Then broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
