Pineapple chicken skewers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce (Thai Tanic)
  • 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce (Thai Tanic)
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 container of freshly cut pineapple
  • 1/2 red onion
  • handful of cilantro
  • handful of spring onion

Cooking directions

  • Cut the chicken breast into cubes and place into a medium size bowl.
  • Add the sweet chili sauce to the bowl.
  • Add the teriyaki sauce to the bowl.
  • Make sure the chicken is evenly covered by the sauce.
  • Cut the red onions into cubes.
  • Assemble the skewers how you would like.
  • Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or grill on the BBQ for 12 minutes.
  • Garnish with spring onion and cilantro.
