Paloma Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 60ml grapefruit juice
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 30 ml carbonated water
- lime or grapefruit, in quarters
- ice cubes
Glass Rim
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
Cooking directions
- Combine salt and sugar on a small plate.
- Moisten the rim of the glass with a wedge of lime and dip it into the mixture.
- Pour sugar, grapefruit and lime juice into a glass. Mix well to dissolve sugar.
- Add the tequila, ice cubes and carbonated water.
- Garnish with lime or grapefruit wedges.
