Paloma Cocktail


  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 60ml grapefruit juice
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 30 ml carbonated water
  • lime or grapefruit, in quarters
  • ice cubes

Glass Rim

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Cooking directions

  • Combine salt and sugar on a small plate.
  • Moisten the rim of the glass with a wedge of lime and dip it into the mixture.
  • Pour sugar, grapefruit and lime juice into a glass. Mix well to dissolve sugar.
  • Add the tequila, ice cubes and carbonated water.
  • Garnish with lime or grapefruit wedges.
  • Enjoy
