Morning Detox Shot
Prep Time|10 minutes
- ¼ cup ginger root, washed, chopped
- 1/3 cup lemon juice, from 3-4 lemons
- ¼ cup coconut water
- 1 or 2 pinch of cayenne pepper
- Wash and chop ginger shot. No need to peel the ginger.
- Squeeze 3 to 4 lemons to get the juice
- Blend all together until no chunks of ginger remain
- Strain well to remove bits of ginger peel. To get the most juice, press the solids with the back of a spoon when straining.
