Morning Detox Shot

  • ¼ cup ginger root, washed, chopped
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice, from 3-4 lemons
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 1 or 2 pinch of cayenne pepper


  • Wash and chop ginger shot. No need to peel the ginger.
  • Squeeze 3 to 4 lemons to get the juice
  • Blend all together until no chunks of ginger remain
  • Strain well to remove bits of ginger peel. To get the most juice, press the solids with the back of a spoon when straining.
  • Serve
