Maple Syrup Salmon

Ingredients
- 1kg salmon fillet
For the sauce
- ¾ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tsp. capers
- 1 Tsp. limejuice
Cooking directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut salmon in cubes.
- Mix the mustard, capers, maple syrup and lime juice. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat it with the marinade.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- To facilitate handling, thread the salmon onto skewers. Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
- Enjoy
