Maple Syrup Salmon

Cooking Time|10 to 12 minutes


  • 1kg salmon fillet

For the sauce

  • ¾ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tsp. capers
  • 1 Tsp. limejuice

Cooking directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cut salmon in cubes.
  • Mix the mustard, capers, maple syrup and lime juice. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat it with the marinade.
  • Cover and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • To facilitate handling, thread the salmon onto skewers. Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
