Lotus Truffle Cookies

Ingredients
- 500 grams of Lotus cookies
- Condensed milk - 1 can
- 100 grams, walnuts and/or almonds
- 4 tablespoons, cocoa powder
- Melted dark chocolate
Cooking directions
- Place the Lotus cookies in a food processor and pulse until they turn into fine crumbs.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Lotus cookies, condensed milk, chopped walnuts and/or almonds, and cocoa powder.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized truffle balls. Place the truffle balls on a parchment-lined tray.
- Place the tray in the refrigerator and let the truffles chill for at least 30 minutes. This will help them firm up.
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the truffles or coat each truffle compltelty with chocolate.
- Return the tray to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate coating to fully set.
