How to Make Greek Coffee


  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Greek Coffee

Cooking directions

  • Add all the ingredients together
  • Add more sugar if you like your coffee sweet
  • Turn heat to high and stir constantly until the sugar and coffee has been fully incorporated with the water
  • Without stirring, let coffee reach the boiling point but do not let the coffee boil over (Pay Attention)
  • After about 5 minutes, boiling begins
  • Just before coffee begins to boil over, remove from heat
  • To maintain the foam on top (called kaemaki), tilt cup sideways and slowly pour the coffee
  • Enjoy
