Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Greek Coffee
Cooking directions
- Add all the ingredients together
- Add more sugar if you like your coffee sweet
- Turn heat to high and stir constantly until the sugar and coffee has been fully incorporated with the water
- Without stirring, let coffee reach the boiling point but do not let the coffee boil over (Pay Attention)
- After about 5 minutes, boiling begins
- Just before coffee begins to boil over, remove from heat
- To maintain the foam on top (called kaemaki), tilt cup sideways and slowly pour the coffee
- Enjoy
