Greek Style Stripped Bass
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 12 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- For the Sauce:
- ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Oregano
Cooking directions
- Mash the garlic and mix it with the olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano
- Pierce the fish and add the garlic paste into each orifice
- For the Sauce, add the olive oil, lemon juice and oregano together
- For best taste, cook the fish on a charcoal grill (about 8 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the fish)
- Pour the sauce over the cooked fish
