Greek Style Stripped Bass


  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 12 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • For the Sauce:
  • ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Cooking directions

  • Mash the garlic and mix it with the olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano
  • Pierce the fish and add the garlic paste into each orifice
  • For the Sauce, add the olive oil, lemon juice and oregano together
  • For best taste, cook the fish on a charcoal grill (about 8 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the fish)
  • Pour the sauce over the cooked fish
  • Enjoy
