Blue Cheese Stuffed Figs Wrapped in Prosciutto
- 12 fresh Greek figs (green or black)
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, cut into cubes
- 12 pieces of prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Preheat grill or barbecue on high heat.
- Cut the figs in half.
- Place a piece of blue cheese on each fig half.
- Wrap the prosciutto around each fig half.
- Place the figs on the grill and grill for 2 minutes until crisp.
- Remove from grill, lightly drizzle with honey.
- Serve warm.
