Ingrédients

  • 6 apples (peeled, cored and cut in cubes)
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instruction de Cuisson

  • In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Mash with a potato masher or culinary robot until desired consistency.
  • May be preserved in refrigerator for 1 week or in freezer for 6 months.
