Warm Lentil Salad

Ingredients
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 can organic Ilios lentils
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Cooking directions
- Heat a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a large saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Add in onions and stir occasionally for about 5 minutes.
- Then add in the peppers and lentils. Continue to cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add in garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Stir and enjoy!
