Walnut Hummus


  • 1 can (540ml) chick peas, drained and rinced
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Instruction de Cuisson

  • Combine walnuts, garlic and olive oil in a food blender until smooth.
  • Add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, pepper and half the water and blend. Keep adding water until mixture attains a smooth consistency.
  • Taste and adjust if necessary by adding more salt or lemon juice.
  • Bon Appétit.
