Fruit Smoothies
Ingredients
- 125ml (1/2 cup) Milk
- 125ml (1/2 cup) Plain yogurt
- 15ml (1 tbsp) Sugar or honey
- 250ml (1 cup) Frozen fruit
(strawberries, mango,
raspberries, etc.)
Cooking directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
