ingredients

  • 6 cup lettuce
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 3 hardboiled eggs, cut in 2
  • 2 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cubed roquefort, blue or feta cheese

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

cooking directions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
  • Place the lettuce on the bottom of a serving dish. Arrange the bacon, eggs, tomatoes, pecans, avocado and cheese over the lettuce.
  • Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
