Blue Cheese Aïoli Burgers
Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Condiments of your choice (lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, sauerkraut, red peppers ...)
Sauce
- 1/4 cup aïoli sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
- 1 to 2 tbsps sriracha sauce
Cooking directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, the egg, the breadcrumbs, the onion, the Worcestershire sauce, the salt and pepper. Form 4 patties.
- Heat the grill on medium-high. Cook patties 7 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix the aioli sauce, the blue cheese and the sriracha sauce.
- Lightly grill the hamburgers buns.
- Place a patty in a bun and garnish with the aioli sauce and condiments of your choice.
