Blue Cheese Aïoli Burgers


  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Condiments of your choice (lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, sauerkraut, red peppers ...)


  • 1/4 cup aïoli sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese
  • 1 to 2 tbsps sriracha sauce

Cooking directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, the egg, the breadcrumbs, the onion, the Worcestershire sauce, the salt and pepper. Form 4 patties.
  • Heat the grill on medium-high. Cook patties 7 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked.
  • In a small bowl, mix the aioli sauce, the blue cheese and the sriracha sauce.
  • Lightly grill the hamburgers buns.
  • Place a patty in a bun and garnish with the aioli sauce and condiments of your choice.
