Berry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- ½ cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Toppings
- ¼ cup granola
- 2 tbsp toasted shredded coconut
- fresh berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- banana slices
- honey for drizzling
Cooking Directions
- Blend the smoothie base:
- In a blender, combine frozen berries, frozen banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt and honey. Blend until thick and creamy.
- Use as little liquid as possible to keep it thick (add 1 tbsp of milk at a time if needed).
- Pour into bowls:
- Divide smoothie into 2 bowls.
- Smooth the surface with a spoon.
- Add toppings:
- Arrange toppings in rows: granola, toasted coconut, fresh berries, chia seeds, banana slices and a drizzle of almond butter.
- Final touch:
- Drizzle with honey.
- Serve immediately before the base melts.
