Honey Mustard Boneless Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
Marinade
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp crushed pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
Cooking directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
- Add the chicken and coat well.
- Bake the chicken for 30 to 40 minutes.
