Honey Mustard Boneless Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken thighs

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp crushed pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano

Cooking directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
  • Add the chicken and coat well.
  • Bake the chicken for 30 to 40 minutes.
